I like everything's in the hotel, it's nearly ,and the access for beachclub it very good idea. i enjoy the time there ,staff are very helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and nice there's is mall near of the hotel . I recommend everybody to come to Qatar and stay in the Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach ??

The location and the sea view was perfect. Breakfast was diversified and delicious. House keeping was done timely and completely and fast.Special thanks to Ms. Lea for selecting a good room for us.

I had a very disturbing experience during my stay at this hotel that raises serious concerns about guest privacy and security.At 12:30 AM, visitors who came to see me went to the reception desk and were given my room number and a room key by the receptionist — without any verification, without calling me, and without my consent.These visitors were able to access my room and walk in on me unexpectedly. This is a severe violation of privacy and a complete failure of basic hotel security protocols.Under no circumstances should a hotel share a guest’s room number or issue a key to anyone without explicit confirmation from the guest staying in that room.What makes this even more alarming is that there was:•No phone call to my room•No attempt to verify with me•No ID check or authorization required from the visitorsThis incident made me feel unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. Hotels are meant to provide safety, discretion, and privacy — and this hotel failed in all three.I strongly urge management to review their security policies and train their staff properly to prevent such a serious breach from happening to any other guest.Very disappointing and unacceptable experience

The supervisor at the reception ( a girl cant remember her name) she was very profissional, kind and very cooperative.

Very good view facing the beach, staff are also very helpful and nice even when i was checking in at midnight:) Room is of high quality, with all the things needed, spacious, clean and comfortable! It’s close to the beach which is a good place to visit~

Location to the beach is excellent. The mall is closeby. SO are other cafes. Leah at the front desk was so sweet to upgrade us as we checked in at 3 am and were so tired. We will happily stay here again.

Clean, the size of the room, wifi, late checkout, location

No master key for the room lights, cleaning the nearest room with lots of noise (made by the staff) dropped a lot of items and it was like a nightmare, I had an essence burner (brand new sealed) in my bag however the security insist to open my bag to take it out , And i have requested to give it to them once I reach to my room, he requested to wait and call his supervisor,, my brother started argue with him that a lady cannot open her bag infront of others And take my bag from his hand and headed to the room. although I didnt even open the room’s door the security was waiting outside the room.. that’s horrible. Also during the checkout the reception refuse to give it back to me at 1:50PM ,since I have requested late checkout at 2PM ,,again he refused to give it back to me and i should bring my laguage down to put it on ,, ridiculous.. I won’t come to this hotel again

While the front desk team is exceptional, a few operational refinements would better serve a high velocity business schedule. The internet speed was underwhelming for digital heavy work, and while the furniture is okay, it lacks the ergonomic support needed for long sessions.Housekeeping also needs a more rigorous focus on detail, specifically regarding dusting. Furthermore, the business center requires a functional seating area so guests can work while waiting for documents to print or scan. Finally, room pricing could be optimized to better align with the current infrastructure and overall value.
